What is TruckToWeb?
TruckToWeb is a subscription website service for plumbers and HVAC contractors in the USA and Canada. We design, host, and maintain a mobile-first site built to make calling you easy. It isn’t a DIY builder. Our team builds the site, sends you a free preview, and handles hosting, security, and small edits every month.
How much does a TruckToWeb website cost?
STARTER is $249 setup plus $79 a month. PRO is $499 setup plus $129 a month. GROWTH is $899 setup plus $199 a month. Any plan can start with $0 setup if you agree to 12 months at the same monthly price. Canadian prices are in Canadian dollars. All prices are before tax; taxes are calculated at checkout where required.
What’s included in the monthly fee?
Every plan includes hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, and small edits. A small edit takes up to 30 minutes, like changing text, a photo, your hours, or prices. STARTER includes 2 a month, PRO 5, and GROWTH 10. Unused edits do not roll over to the next month. New sections or pages are a paid add-on. Ads and ranking guarantees aren’t included.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
On a monthly plan, there’s no minimum term. Cancel any time, and your service runs through the end of that month. If you pick $0 setup instead, you agree to a 12-month term at your plan’s monthly price. You choose which route you want after you’ve seen your free preview.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain is yours, and you keep it if you cancel. You also own the text and photos you give us. If you leave, we’ll export your site files for you at no charge.
How fast will I see a preview, and when does the site go live?
STARTER and PRO: free preview within 48 hours, and the site goes live within 5 business days after you approve it. GROWTH: preview within 24 hours and live within 3 business days. You don’t pay anything until you’ve seen the preview and decided you want to go ahead.
Do you build French websites for Quebec?
No. We build sites in English only, for contractors in the USA and Canada, including Quebec. If you need a French or bilingual site, TruckToWeb isn’t the right fit right now.
Do you guarantee Google rankings or a number of calls?
No. We build your site to make calling you easy and to give search engines clear information about your business. Rankings and call volume depend on your market, reviews, Google Business Profile, and competition.
What’s the difference between STARTER, PRO, and GROWTH?
STARTER is one long page with 2 small edits a month. PRO has up to 6 pages and 5 edits. GROWTH has up to 12 pages, or landing pages for multiple locations, with 10 edits and priority turnaround: preview within 24 hours and live within 3 business days, instead of 48 hours and 5 days.
What counts as a small edit?
Anything that takes us up to 30 minutes: changing text, swapping a photo, updating your hours, or adjusting your prices. Unused edits do not roll over to the next month. If a change is bigger than that, like a new section or a new page, we’ll tell you it’s an add-on before we start.
Do unused edits roll over?
No. Small edits are a monthly allowance. Unused edits do not carry over to the next billing month.
Are prices before tax?
Yes. All published prices are before tax. Taxes are calculated at checkout where required (US sales tax and Canadian GST/HST/PST by location).
What happens to my website if I cancel?
Your service runs through the end of the month you cancel. You keep your domain and your content, and we export your site files for free.
Are the example sites real businesses?
No. Pecan Hollow Plumbing, Fernway Heating & Air, and Northbeam Plumbing & Heating are fictional businesses we built as demos. Each one is labeled as a fictional demo wherever we show it.
Can I use TruckToWeb with Housecall Pro or Jobber?
Yes. Housecall Pro and Jobber are field-service software for scheduling, dispatch, and invoicing. TruckToWeb is your website. Many contractors use both: the software runs the jobs, and the website gets people to contact you.
Do you work with electricians or other trades?
We launch focused on plumbers and HVAC. Other home-service trades are on the roadmap—ask us if you’re close.
